While the homes are priced attractively, and the location is picturesque in the hills, the experience with the sales team was not pleasant. I scheduled a tour virtually. Once I arrived the door wouldn’t open. I went to the sales office just to be told I needed to speak to them first. So why on earth would I have directions to the home to be viewed? Still, I was fine until the saleswoman told me “I must be confused” and “you didn’t do something right” all from the comforts of her fanny. The partner salesman took over the conversation swiftly to allow for a more informative and educated verbal exchange.

Beware of faulty or poor installation of appliances & systems in addition to horrible customer service. The week I moved in the heat stopped working. The second week the oven stopped working. They both still are not working after sending multiple technicians to fix. Customer care encourages you to call contractors directly to schedule appointments but the suppliers don’t answer their phones or say they will coordinate with Lennar. When Lennar does get around to scheduling the appointments they do not take your schedule into consideration so I’ve been forced to take off 5 days to date for them to not fix a problem for going on 2 weeks. Would not recommend unless looking to purchase a home that is a struggle.The estimated date to settle will not happen, you will be told you would have internet and whole community has it with specific companies that later tell you they do not service your area so will be using a hot spot (not ideal and no idea when you will have it), you will pay for a personal inspection that found 21 items that are “not a big deal”, and multiple times you will be told they are here to help but the information is just not correct. David Paris made it difficult to complete the relator commission leaving multiple times to “make a call” when we followed Lennar’s instructions. He back tracked multiple times on several issues. Met with Joanna and David who are both professional sales advisor at the model home. This is my second experience with Joanna and it was still met with utmost professionalism. David did a fantastic job for my buyers showing them different model floorplans and finishes so that they can make a good decision on their purchase.

JoAnn was phenomenal with us!! She was great, welcoming and very kind. Glad to have met her and receive such great guidance for soon to be first time home owners.
