Well, I just read reviews dating back to 2023. Don't know what we were thinking, we should have read more. We visit Nobel Ponds in November December 2024. Road around many times. Visited another development and decided on Nobel Ponds. I have been so disappointed, I have health problems because of everything we are going through. We should have talked to residents when we saw them outside. I did read many reviews and I can't believe we have most of the problems the residents are having now. My experience is so long, I don't know were to start. Maybe...Kevin...rude!!! Sales person never following up after signing papers after papers. Lennars lending agent, our sales person gave us false information. The customer service process is a joke. I have to say, Carolyn was pretty good. Poor Kerri
This is a very exciting time for my husband and I. We met Lauren, who we believe is the BEST Sales Person we have ever met. She is very professional, experienced, courteous, kind and so welcoming. We were greeted with such a warm smile and she interacted with us, as we toured your beautifully decorated models. It was a perfect visit. We could not walk away without choosing one of your beautiful homes. I highly recommend Noble’s Pond 55+ Community in Dover, Delaware to anyone who is shopping for a home. The homes are beautifully designed, has many amenities included and is exceptionally affordable.
I'm looking into moving there hopefully by the end of the summer.
