On inspection powder room door did not latch. Lennar "fixed" that and now we can see through the gap in the door in and out of the powder room when it is closed. Finishers were careless with how wallboard was joined together. One drawer in kitchen does not "soft close". An electrical outlet won't hold any electric plug I have tried. We reported what we thought to be a circuit breaker tripping and our fridge being no power. A week later a gentleman showed up to inquire about it. Carpet in one doorway already showing signs of not being installed correctly. Just shows how builders throw these homes together to get them sold with no pride in their work or the product they are putting their name on.
Homes are really nice, and affordable. Ashley the sales rep, was amazingly friendly and informative. She genuinely cared about my client.
