NOT RECOMMENDED! Warranty service will find any means possible to do the bare minimum to correct poor workmanship or their materials selection. Reoccurring warranty claim for inferior quality materials used for garage overhead doors. Lennar replaced top panel several (i.e., 4 times!) and same issue returned within 6 months each time. Was told, after 4 replacements, that the issue was not warranted due to sun or heat....really? Then why did you replace it 4 times previously and if that is the case why are you selecting this product for installation in Arizona? Lennars solution was to replace the panel with a solid panel, but that I would need to coordinate with the HOA. Interesting, I have to spend my time to fix your problem? Needless to say, I contacted the SUBCONTTACTOR on the issue
