We recently purchased a Lennar Palmer home in the Macanta community. While the sales team and mortgage process were smooth and professional, the quality of the construction has been disappointing. We’ve encountered numerous issues with the build, and the warranty department has been slow, making the post-purchase experience frustrating. We appreciate the efforts of the front-end teams, but we hope Lennar invests more in quality control and customer service after closing, as that’s where the true value of a new home is realized.
