Lennar at Linden Hills

BEWARE if you buy a home here, expect to see these type of inconsiderate neighbors. The majority of the houses are rental homes with revolving neighbors. We are first time home buyers & most likely will be selling soon due to the lack of renters not being held accountable by the "HOA". This property management company HOA for the Linden Hils community in Little Elm Tx, appears to be extremely hands off. This neighbor has had this broken down truck with stockpiled trash, blocking the side walk parked here for ongoing 5 months now. Not only it is an eyesore it's unsanitary & attracts flies/bugs. On windy days the trash blows around into other neighbors yards. We love our community & homeowners, abiding by the rules should not have to tolerate inconsiderate renters. As seen in the att

Sales people are pushy and not friendly. Felt like I was buying a car from a demanding car salesperson. Make sure you take a Realtor with you the first time you go, you will get totally taken advantage of if you don’t. You will be at their mercy and your experience will be unpleasant. With a Realtor you’ll have someone on your side that cares and will guide you through the process.

I came here yesterday to view model homes and to get information. Salesperson not friendly at all!! Not sure if they are happy working for Lennar, but they are very disinterested in their job. I wasn't greeted when I came in. I had to speak to them before they acknowledged me. 👎

The build quality is worst. School ratings in the area are also below average. I am not sure if they’re still selling or have booked everything they have but, the staff has an attitude that I never experienced from a salesperson ever. She has “I dont care” written all over her face. I HATE THE HOA here. So many warnings for nothing. I see lawns way worse around me and they keep sending pictures and warnings saying my lawn aint clean. Everything in the house and the community just exists, but the worst quality ever.

Unfortunately , Don was not able to help us find a house. I initially came in and mentioned I had a real estate agent because we needed to fill out a quick form. From there on, he refused to admit or put on the Lennars paperwork that I had a real estate agent because he wanted to keep the 3% fees. Very schemy, will contact corporate for refusing to do business and not accepting our real estate agent to be part of the buy. Lastly, he keeps on claiming I never mentioned a real estate agent but still has yet to provide me documentation of the paperwork initially filled out when I arrived at the office ( it is noted on there that I had a real estate agent) Very bad way to do business.
