Lennar at Lake Wilson Reserve

I was ticketed 3 times for parking in my driveway. The HOA pays for police to come and ticket everyone. The towing company said there’s no parking on the street anywhere but that is not in the leasing agreement or HOA rules posted at the front of the community, but my guests car was towed for parking on a strip where there was no “no parking” signage, paint, fire hydrant, tow away zone, etc. Do not live here if you want to have people over, or if you need to have more than two cars. The HOA is also completely inaccessible. There is no number or person to contact for anything wrong in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend going anywhere else.

I was interested in maybe living here but you HAVE to be kidding me with these speed bumps getting in and out. Ridiculous! They are enormous and there are so many! Brand new construction and they make the garages just big enough to fit a golf cart or a car from 1945. So the driveways, sidewalks, yards and streets are jam packed with vehicles because nobody can fit their car in the garage. Lennar is the absolute worst.
