Lennar at Ladera Creek

Very disappointed! We were attempting a purchase in Ladera creek a lennar home specifically and when it came time for signing we had concerns regarding the verbiage and my aunt drafted a email 2 days ago that NEVER GOT a response … why because your contract states that if the builder decides not to close they will still keep all earnest money! That’s insane ANYTHING can happen weather foundation issues anything! Instead of responding to her email concerns or at least giving her a call they refused to even get on the phone my aunt praised this builder about how they are the best and this is how she gets treated by the “best” do better!!!!

Kacey was the best! We had a great experience at Lennar, largely due to Kacey! She was incredibly informative and helpful at all times! She went above and beyond to answer our questions even at times while she was off. She was constantly sending us updates while facilitating a seamless closing on our home! From start to finish, she accommodated all of our requests and made herself available! Thank you Kacey for helping us purchase our dream home at a great deal.
