We purchased a new home in July 2024 and have had several issues. Lennar has fixed most of our warranty issues with the exception of our tile floor. The floor is lifting, has tile defects, and the contractor left spacers in the grout. A few spacers have been shaved off but they left the feet under the tile. We have had two (2) inspections and Lennar & Cal Custom Tile refuse to fix the issue.
UPDATE after Closing: So we did our walkthrough and found minimal issues, during the final walkthrough several issues found during the initial were not fixed. However, I was able to make a ticket online and everything has been fixed/addressed that was found. Terence, Michelle and Aaron were all fantastic to work with during the initial/final walkthrough and after moving in getting everything addressed. There were a few things we were told would come with the house by the sales rep that even when doing the walkthrough she told us they were. Then when she double checked found out they no longer do that. This was unfortunate and was never remedied. Overall I'll stick with my original rating of 4/5.
