Lennar at Kings Landing

Knowing what I know now and experiencing what we have as “new home” buyers with Lennar here in this particular location I WOULD NOT BUY. Seriously run away and find somewhere else. Built like crap, managed like crap and warranty claims that are put in sit too long. We’ve had issues with everything from mold to ceilings coming down to yard not being graded and sodded on arrival and them trying to tell us it was done. More than I care to write in a review. Terrible experience. I love the area and that’s the only reason I gave a star in all honesty.

Wouldn't buy a cheap low quality house from here. Their inspector are hired by them so bought and paid for. recommend you get an inspector they will tell you the 50+ deficiencies that are wrong with their houses! Still waiting on my escrow that i put down. I'm a veteran and they could care less about it all they wanted sell a sub standard house with low interest that would last a year. Lawsuit would take years to fight this big company. Stay away!!!

Things you should know before buying from them: It will not be convenient. Your house will not be ready on time. Don’t listen to them when they say don’t get your own inspections. (Me getting a company to do a personal inspection saved my roof, which was very compromised). The home will the Appraise for the price they market it at even with their own company. Which means you or your realtor will have to pay the difference. The front door does not come with a peephole. The windows do not come with screens. They picked the cheapest flooring, which means you cannot regularly mop your floor. You have to damp mop, and even that maybe too much water. The padding underneath the carpet is 1/8 of an inch thick. Which means you will feel every nail, every piece of wood and the concrete underneath th

The house you are supposed to be building for us has not been worked on in weeks. Between the builders and the loan process you people are dragging this out as long as you can. Can't get A date of completion on line or move in. On the 11 of September 2024 everything was on schedule for the 7th of October 2024. I got a text on the 12 of September 2024 that the date had been moved to 24 October 2024 because of construction, whatever that means. Meanwhile I cannot give the appartment manager a clear date to move. I think that all parties are supposed to agree on this date and needs a clear answer on just what the constitution problems are.

We originally were so excited about our new home but the closing dates have been moved 2 times. It is hard to plan a move with this happening. All because of "supply issues". One day every thing is fine the very next day its delayed another 2 wks. Not happ.
