Lennar at Juniper Hills

I moved here from Southern California, where the traffic is constant and the cost of living is high, and I feel I made an excellent decision. We now have a comfortable home, and the kids are in a great school district. While there have been a few minor issues, as you'd expect with a new house, the customer service team has been excellent—prompt and attentive. The only downside is that the summers here are very long and extremely hot, much like Riverside County in Southern California.

Avoid Lennar at all cost. I tried repeatedly to purchase a home with Lennar only to continually receive horrible customer service at every encounter. After getting prequalified, the sole reason I chose not to purchase a home was the absolutely horrendous customer service agent Kathy Crow. Her job must be to make people not want to buy a home. She cut me off many times, assumed countless details, and made my buying experience one I could not endure. I recommend Woodside Homes and ended up buying a home with them. The process was seamless, and they took every opportunity to make me feel like my business was something they wanted.

Really amazing houses. Spouse and I are in the market for a new house. You scan QR code to get code to enter model house and take all the time you need to look around. Have placards around house giving info about upgrades available for the room.

Horrible experience my wife and I was the list for the keep sake home and my daughter and her husband was #1 on the list for the beachcomber 1 week prior to releasing lots we were told that all house would be bidded on what a waste of time after waiting for months

Poor quality, poor customer service. Unknowledgeable sales reps and loan officers.
