Lennar at Hyett's Crossing

Horrible experience. We were so excited to buy a NEW house. Sales group is great, but 6 months later, we still do not have a completed home. Multiple gas leaks and flooded yard have been the big issues, but there are countless other issues. Good luck dealing with the warranty department, full mailbox and never answers. And the project managers will lie to your face to save a few bucks, basically making you feel crazy for thinking something will get fixed. Many neighbors are having similar issues. Thought CalAtlantic getting bought by Lennar would be a good thing, but its just more of the same. Haven't asked for much, just trying to get what i paid for. Good luck. If you are thinking of buying, knock on a few doors and ask the friendly neighbors how their experience was.

The neighborhood is great. My family moved in a few months back and we love it. However we have had some issues arise regarding a service request we put in that falls under our 12 month warranty. I have still yet to hear from the area service manager who seems to ignore our emails and texts. We were told to contact him which we did and this issue has not yet been resolved. If something goes wrong with your home after you buy it they are not prompt in resolving issues and providing a professional service to their customers as promised. I will post another review and tell you all how long it takes them to resolve my service request or if they do it at all.

Can I rate this zero stars???? Steer clear of this builder. They are producing junk! Purchased home in December, still waiting for it to be completed because of so many repairs that had to be done. The neighborhood floods, houses missing trim, wrong doors, flooding basements, gas leaks, wrong carpets, wrong sinks. Need I go on. Take your money and run! Management is a joke! They lie all the time (that is when you can get someone on the phone). The are interested in making money and that is it! Was happy to hear another company took over but they are just as bad. Biggest mistake I have ever made!

I'm a Realtor and I had a client I introduced to this development and they totally stiffed me on commission. They referenced some policy that was never discussed with me when my client and myself went. I definitely will not take anyone else here.

These people only want to take your money. If you get to buy a house and have any problem be carefully because they won't resolve it even if you are under the 12 month guarantee
