Now we need to put the trash inside the garage where even the car fix.... so the car or the garbage. This rules are ridiculous. Homeless walking around. The security here, it is not good. All the costs we paid to the HOA, doesn't make sense. The landscaping, the lake maintenance, the water, the electric, a website, a security guard that I even see, etc, etc. The parking is a mess... and yes, you needs to have a small car that fix in the garage.

The HOA limited thr website that we pay. Not everyone receive letters and violation tickets here... I spoke with other neighbors and yes, they have preferences. They do not send letters to everyone. We pay for the Lake maintenance and it has a lot of garbage. Or the HOA have preferences with some neighbors or everyone is ignoring the letters that we receive weekly about the car outside, cars on the street that always we have. NO Street parking. The HOA charge you even for a lake maintenance that we do not see what they do with it. We have a backyard, a garage, and a driveway that we can't use as we want. People walk beh

Same as the other reviews. Adding that the lake is nasty, dirty, and full of garbage. We are paying for a security guard that we do not see since the last week of December 2025, we are paying for the water, when the sprinklers are not working since starting 2026, we are paying for the lake maintenance, when no one is taking care of it. The HOA only cares about the parking, driveways and parking violations. We are paying more of HOA this year for an expenses list that is not real. The landscaping... the company that we are paying "HOA" to do that, only cuts the grass; it is not beautiful enough for the money they get. It is very frustrating to go out to your yard and find that your children cannot play because it is full of poop from your neighbor's dog. He does not put the dog on a leash and leaves it free without supervision and report it, pay the HOA and they do nothing. We regret living next to some filthy neighbors who do not put their dog on a leash and are irresponsible. Do not buy here. Nobody does anything. My entire yard is full of poop, it is my neighbor's dog's favorite place!! Do not buy here.

Holly Cove Townhomes is the perfect community for families just starting off, like mine. It’s a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood that offers everything we were looking for.
