Lennar at Hardwick Farms

Lennar is building a great value home in this choice location for school or work. Single family or large townhomes, great start for a family.

A million thumbs up to Joe Carter, the construction manager. I know it's not easy for him to supervise so many workers, but he sure has a handle on things and knows what he's doing. He's been a huge help to me a number of times.

Awesome experience working with Lennar, we are VERY happy with our new home. Quiana and the rest of the Lennar team were easy to work with, provided updates regularly, and made the home buying process a breeze.

The overall quality of the home is disappointing. We've experienced numerous issues, including a leaking roof just seven months after moving in. The location is poor, and the brand-new AC system is already breaking down. The appliances are also low quality — the refrigerator, for example, is not functioning properly and keeps freezing our food.

Alan Kerr is amazing!! Please go see him if you’re considering to buy here. Not only is he super friendly and extremely professional, but he will also do his best to get you all the incentives, making home buying easy and affordable. He will fight for your rights and will get you into your new home as soon as he can. I’m also pretty impressed by Lennar’s models at this location.
