Buyer beware. There is no access control, the gates are always open 7a-6p M-F. Anyone can enter. There have been incidents with strange cars and suspicious people. We've had a first hand account of such an incident. Also, the pool is not heated. So if you're looking to use the amenity center pool during the winter months, the water is too cold to go in the pool. And, no, the developer told me that they are not working on heating the pool because they are still selling houses.
Lovely homes, but prepare to replace the appliances sooner rather than later. Included GE appliances are a major letdown. They look cheap and outdated and feel like they won't last long at all.
Nice homes
Buyers beware. This is a poorly maintained community with a worthless HOA. There is no security and anyone can enter anytime, making the gates pointless. There are potholes everywhere, dog shit all over, and no parking rules on the streets. Don’t waste your money here
