I would not recommend working with Shelly Hartford based on my personal experience. I found her to be very unreliable throughout the process. She made promises that were not delivered, and the information she provided was often inconsistent. I felt misled and extremely disappointed with the level of honesty and professionalism. If you decide to buy or sell a home, I strongly suggest doing thorough research and choosing an agent who communicates clearly, follows through, and is transparent. My experience with Shelly did not meet those expectations.
