Lennar at Cameron Woods

Lennar builds a nice home for the price and is easy to work with. My clients say they like the central location close to Ocean Isle Beach Park. If you want a community pool they have a nice one.

We are coming up on one year in house. The house wasn’t perfect to start with and I suspect most houses are not. The warranty support group has been great to work with and they have fixed most of the issues. Some better oversight during construction would help. Note that “everything included” and Lennar displayed options for the model you want, might not be something that Lennar will do. I imagine that this varies from neighborhood to neighborhood. For example the model flyer might state that you can turn the dining room into a library but Lennar might say we are not allowing any changes or options. Same goes if you want to pay extra to move a light fixture. Certainly some stuff Lennar could improve on but good value overall and I would recommend.

Absolutely delighted with my home. Chase C walked us through the whole process and made the punch list disappear in only 1 quick trip! He made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. Thanks Chase, we love our home!

Neighbors will harass and bully other residents of the community that are using the COMMUNITY CENTER that is, PUBLIC USAGE. Moreover, the same neighbors obsess over small things that do not affect them. I.e. thermostat setting, lights being on/off. You all do realize that you ONLY pay for the HOA fee right? You’re not paying for any upkeep costs. Therefore, while it is a beautiful neighborhood and has some charm to it. It still receives a one star rating because of the whole toxicity among the community. Specifically, neighbors harassing and threatening other residents. More specifically, a man threatening a woman inside the neighborhood’s COMMUNITY center, AT NIGHT. This is utterly inappropriate and is extremely dangerous to others. Happened to swung into Cameron Woods after reading about all the new homes being planned and already built at cameronwoodshomesforsale.com the community was even more beautiful in person then I imagined. The street ate meticulously maintained and the homes are all beautiful and spaciously spaced out. A truly charming community and well worth looking at if you are home searching in the Ocean Isle Beach area.
