We are in the process of buying a home here, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Eric, our agent, went above and beyond, taking the time to answer all of our questions with incredible patience. As a parent of a special needs 11-year-old, finding the right lot was very important to me, and Eric made sure we found one that felt just right. Jason, our loan officer, worked tirelessly to navigate our financing, especially when our credit wasn’t where we expected it to be. I am truly blown away by how kind, helpful, and non-pushy everyone has been throughout this journey. I highly recommend this area and Lennar homes in general. This beautiful new development off Exit 121 in West Lucie offers a great location, and the process of securing my VA loan through the builder went smoothly. However, after closing, I felt the support and communication could have been much better. For example, I didn’t know where to collect my mail or get a key, and when I reached out to the HOA from the paperwork they gave me, I found out the manager was no longer managing the development. Now, a month into living here, I’m still trying to figure out how to make my first mortgage payment. I was given a service number, where I spent an hour on hold, and was then directed to yet another contact. Clearer communication about these practical steps would have made a big difference. I am in the market for a new home. Went on a tour of one of the models and was shocked how stripped down these homes are for the price. They use the cheapest cabinets that do not include the handles. No light fixtures or ceiling fans. There is too much to list here. With the price at almost 500k is insane.
