Lennar at Bridgeland

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made a purchase with Lennar a month ago, and it has been a complete headache. My closing disclosure clearly states that the escrow account pays for hazard insurance in full—but it didn’t. My insurance policy was about to be canceled. Lennar agents barely respond to emails, and when they do, they ignore my questions and provide nonsense information. I’ve repeatedly asked for a reliable contact who can actually help me, and I keep being ignored. If you’re considering purchasing a home, I would not recommend Lennar. Been living in a Lennar home for 2.5 years now and figured it’s time to post a review. Overall home features look good at first glance, but overtime you realize it low quality build. With a price point at $700,000 you should have high expectations. Here are the poor marks: - cheap carpeting used throughout the house, poor piling and not an upgrade - poor quality paint; multiple scuff marks even created by someone brushing their should across walls - airflow vents on bottom of doors constantly coming loose - LED can lights constantly coming loose due to not being secured properly - thin, cheap counter tops that crack??? We were able to get multiple things fixed during 1 year warranty (ie horrible floor squeaks across all upstairs), but now out of warranty they are useless. Cheap builder th

I visited Lennar at Bridgeland in early September, 2021. The salesperson, Mr. Jerrell Brewer, was incredibly professional and SO helpful. He not only answered my clients' questions about Lennar, but also about Bridgeland in general. My clients are relocating, so he took extra time to talk about the area and help my clients get a better understanding of what location and home would be best for them. I've interacted with many new home professionals, and Mr. Brewer exceeding my expectations by far. It was clear that he was motivated to help the buyer and not just make the sale. Much appreciated.

We have been in our Lennar home for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. The post-sale support has been wonderful and Jerrell and Susan have taken great care of us throughout the whole process!
