Lennar at Ashton Parc

Very nice. Me and my husband would really like to win the lotto so we can purchase one of the homes cash on the end which is the biggest one with the two car garage. He is a very hard working man we both work good jobs but we just do not have the funds saved up to put down and our credit is bad and we would really like to purchase cash there for we are not stuck with a Mortgage . We went 2 weeks ago to view the property and that is all he has been talking about. The area seems very nice and the schools seems super good for our 4 year old son . We are currently living in a office space right now trying to save up as much as we can and is playing the lotto daily hoping for a blessing before the large ones are sold out. Who ever decides to reside at that property will be very happy. Lennar d

Very peaceful community, neighbors are great. Had a wonderful experience with our Lennar salesperson when we purchased.

The units are very nice but the location leaves a bit to be desired.
