Lennar at Artavia

We love our new Lennar home we purchased. Austin Webb was helpful, very easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions. He made this transition very easy for us to get moved in. We strongly recommend moving into this neighborhood in a Lennar home. So happy with our decision!!

Beware of their false advertising: I visited them after looking at their 4.5% FHA offer for Memorial Day for a home listed on their website for $275,000. We agreed and signed off on that (Janae with Lennar - she was amazing in helping us). Next they wanted to have us pre approved, and do a hard credit pull before signing the contract. We agreed to it. After we were pre-approved, then came back saying that oh! The price of the house is going to be $290,000 if you want that rate and not $275k! Are you kidding me!? You’re telling me that the $275k is the cash price AFTER you have us apply with Lennar Mortgage, put a ding on my credit and promise us all the incentives as well? I will be reporting this to other bureaus as well.

Austin was very friendly, informative and professional. . He took extra time explaining the second floor of the home to my 79 year-old mother as it was difficult for her to maneuver the stairs. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and even sent us a video message afterwards that he would be available should we have additional questions. First class is the best way to describe the service Austin provided.

Artavia is a gorgeous community in the Conroe, TX area. Mike McCrackin with Lennar Homes is a true professional and willing to go the extra mile to help buyers into their new Lennar home!
