The horror stories about Lennar are true. If you’re thinking about building with them, don’t. Look elsewhere to the surrounding local competition. You will be treated far better. We signed a purchase agreement with Lennar at Amber Fields and later exercised our right to cancel within the financing contingency period, rejecting the financing pre-approval exactly as allowed under the contract.
