I am a not a native Nyrk, who relocated from Queens, New York, to one of this company’s properties—a decision I deeply regret. Reviewing old records in my email has only reinforced what I experienced firsthand: this organization operates with slumlord-level practices. I resided in their building from 2010 to 2013 with my child, from newborn through age two. During that time, I filed seven to eight formal complaints, including multiple reports with the city. We were repeatedly left without heat in the middle of the night, even after I sent management video evidence documenting system failures and unsafe conditions, including physically demonstrating the lack of heat. Worst company ever! My uncle lived in one of their apartments (I believe) and I left voice mails for 3 different people and left 2 'contact us' message trying to find out if they were indeed the managers for his apartment building and to find out if I could access the apartment ONLY to remove family heirlooms. I never heard back from any of the messages I left. I guess our family photos, quilts that my grandmother made, etc. have been thrown in the trash, or sold...If I could give less than one star, I would.

This property management company is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. They have not removed the garbage from the garbage room for two weeks. As result, there are now maggots living in the garbage room. They have not cleaned the stairwell area where there is human urine that’s been there for four months. If you have any choice in the matter don’t move into a building where this company is the property management company

Terrible management and barely gives heat to their buildings, if you’re thinking of renting at Lemle & Wolff run because you’re gonna be warmer outside than inside your apartment

I thought I was the only one with a bad experience but it looks like I’m not. My biggest complaint is them NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE OR EMAILS. EVER.
