I have lived in Leilani Apartments for 5 months now and dont have a single complaint. I feel extremely grateful to have found these apartments . I submitted maintenance once and they fixed the issue within hours. The environment here is so peaceful and clean. They have cleaners on a regular basis who clean the halls and community spaces and Ive never heard any noises from neighbors. I loved the pool in the summer and I use the community gym quite often as well, not to mention there is an LA fitness and planet fitness around the corner. All the neighbors Ive met are so nice and welcoming too! I also order a ton of packages and never have issues here. The leasing office has been amazing as well. My family live in this building. I personally really love that we can all come over and hang out in the community spaces/lounge. We always have battle to see who would win at pool. I think this is our favorite place they have lived in. There has not been any instances where we have had a problem with anything that they weren’t on top off. The staff are always so sweet and kind. It’s always nice to feel seen when coming through those doors instead of being ignored like other places. Also those tanning chairs next to the pool!! Don’t get me started on the great naps I’ve taken there. I love this place.

I come to see my sister often and the staff are always so nice. They always make sure to make me feel welcome and safe. ESPECIALLY being in Seattle. I can always rely on their help when I’m lost in the building with those maps on every floor. I love how they do pet of the month. I get excited to seeing the furry faces and the little story’s. It’s such a community with friendly face's, good conversations and they always have something going on for the residents to enjoy. 💜

I came to Leilani interested in possibly leasing an apartment. The staff there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all the questions I had regarding the leasing process as well as the amenities they offer. I highly recommend stopping by on your hunt for your next apartment.

PEOPLE DONT GET FOOL by the new tenants reviews here!! This place is nothing like it sounds. They encourage new tenants to write good reviews even give them incentives when they first move in. I am going to speak about my experience living at this place for the last 6 years and I am going to be honest about it. When I first moved in 2021 the leasing staff was ok not great but ok, with time things just got worst. They are not flexible with anything that you as a tenant asked for. You move here and you’re on your own. One time I needed to remove a mattress from my apt and called the city to see how I go about doing that, they said arrange with your apartment complex and we come pick it up (because I pay them utilities) I emailed the leasing office and their answer was “we don’t do that, you
