Let me take a moment to thank GOD for All my blessings And for definitely bringing Miss Shameka in my life from day one she has been heaven sent she walked me threw the process of applying with such ease every question answered the process was a week long and i moved in on the exact date i was given ALSOOOOO not to forget i had a special accommodation and Her and Miss Nicole came in Clutch at the very last minute im talking VERY LAST MIN for this i will be forever gratefulllllllllll They have no clue how important that was for my family and we will forever Thank them . The Apartment was clean freshly painted with brand new appliances absolutely love the three bedroom two full bath laundry Room pantry and spacious closets Miss Shamika Miss Nicole and your entire staff the Smith family think

Love this place it’s clean and quiet. The neighbors stay to themselves but are very polite and make small conversations. The staff is nice and very professional especially Ms. Lenora she actually made the move in process easy and comfortable . The maintenance crew is great they work fast in any complaint. My apartment was ready and I moved in on time. I am in love with my apartment no issues with it , it is perfect. I love the view of the lake I also enjoy the pool and the gym. We have stores walking distance like family dollar and CVS. If u have a vehicle we have other store near by like big lots and Walgreens which I can make it to them on my bicycle.The maintenance crew does a great job and they work fast i put in my maintenance request and within a day they where at my apartment fixing

The office staff were so kind and welcoming. It felt like home. I'm looking forward to my move-in in the spring. KUDOS to girls in the office.

Josh is awesome, caring, knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond and I love that. He even remembered that i had a mastectomy done and every time he sees me, he always ask how I’m doing.

I have lived here now since April 2025 and had a huge maintenance issue come about. Nicole the property manager was immediately on top of the situation. She has spoken with everyone in my family about the situation and kept us informed of the progress. I cannot give her enough appreciation! She is a wonderful property manager and takes her job very serious. All of the staff has called and left us messages, informing us of who is going in and out of our apartment. I just cannot say enough! They are truly sincerely apologetic and concerned about the situation. We truly love it here! Marissa is wonderful! She really helped us in getting to our new home. The property manager is also wonderful! She helped us with a document that was stressing us out, turns out we actually didn't need it.
