Lehigh Valley 4 Rent LLC

I was a tenant of them since 2020 they were great. Up until recently started getting nasty on the phone. And I was always on time with rent until the last 2 months due to a unexpected issue. They had the nerve to tell me I never pay my rent on time. But yet I have proof I do... they come to do repairs on the house and never fix the damages they caused. Now new rental place has to fix their mess. They were suppose to be in charge of my property till a certain date. But then yet shut the portal down days before said date. Allowing confusion on how to pay rent. They told me i pay for that month in a text but then are nasty when you try to confirm what is going on. Amazing people since they took over from the old owners just amazing people I've been here in their apartment building for over a year they respond to request an emergency request amazing people I cannot say nothing bad about them I would recommend them to anybody for rent Thank you you guys for all you guys did for us

Been a tenant with them for 4 years, and did not have many good experiences when anything needed to be fixed or replaced. I just found out that they are now under new ownership and immediately saw a difference. The supervisor Jason was not only professional, but completed the job efficiently and encouraged me to submit multiple work orders for many other things that needed attention. I am happy and grateful for that!

Juleesa was my rental agent, and she was great. I actually moved into a different place than I originally went to go see. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me something different the very next day. The entire process was easy. I have no complaints!!
