Lehigh Square Apartment Homes

My fiancé and I were lead on for almost 2 weeks, trying to get our money for a background and credit check. We were told we were approved and all of a sudden denied. First they blamed credit and then his background, which was one small non violent offense almost 7 years ago. They took our money and that’s it. The rental agent, Max, was even too much of a coward to say it to our or even answer questions over the phone. Rip off artists. Don’t even bother. The apartments actually are small and not worth the price.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and I love my home. The office and maintenance staff have always got everything taken care of and communicated with me throughout the process. My apartment has held up great these 6 years too. Everyone at the office has always been kind and understanding when I call, even at the times where I can come off as snippy (I’m an anxious person and sometimes it comes out in my voice 😅) over all I would recommend living here, it’s quiet, safe, and you don’t ever really have to worry about anything. I don’t know who was responsible for bringing Stephanie to Lehigh Square, but it was definitely a change that was needed. I’ve lived here 7 years and have never seen anyone do the things Stephanie does for the tenants or the property. She is always welcoming and seen walking around the property. She definitely has an open door policy which makes it a lot easier to go into the office and talk face to face. This was not the case with the woman who was there before. Stephanie and her team are dedicated in making sure that Lehigh Square is cleaner inside and out. The only issue I have is that, before the Memorial Day weekend, the swimming pools were filthy and I was not willing to let my family swim in the conditions they were in. If you don't pick up any of your packages within a few hours, the other residents will steal it. Has happened to me multiple times at this point and I'm over it. Will be moving out at the end of our lease.
