But within 72 hours of installing our system, we saw a huge and significant drop in the readings. Luis comminuted well, walked us through how he’d install our system and answered any questions that I had. The installation also came with a great warranty. Luis is excellent to work with. Came out same day to look at our system that a previous company installed. He was able to accurately diagnose our issues. He came back out a couple days later and fixed an incorrectly pitched pipe, cored a new pit for the radon pipe and got our fan working again. Luis came out the day after my wife called Lehigh Radon to give us an estimate. He inspected our basement to explain the scope of the work and within a week we had our radon system installed. Luis was thorough throughout the entire process. He was on time, organized and neat with his work. Once the install was finished he went over everything with us to ensure we knew how the system worked.
