We have known Brendan Walsh / Lehigh Homes since his first project in Historic Roswell. When we decided to build our own custom home in downtown Roswell, Lehigh was the obvious choice. The process was a great collaboration of ideas and experience. We are both real estate agents and wanted certain features in our home. Brendan and his team were patient, supportive, and creative in pulling it all together. Most importantly, Brendan is a person of high integrity who takes great pride in building a quality home. It has been a pleasure to watch Lehigh grow and achieve continued success.

I’ve read both customer reviews and the company’s public responses and wanted to share an observation. The company states that certain concerns raised by previous reviewers are not valid, yet the lot referenced in those reviews remain listed for sale. If the property was fully buildable, it would be reasonable to expect they would have sold. I recommend that prospective buyers conduct thorough due diligence and obtain written confirmation regarding buildability before proceeding.

Heard on the facebook group chats as to what they did either intentionally or unintentionally with the Von lakes lot sold to Cesar & Natalya! Not very ethical if you ask me. I would be livid if I purchased a lot under false pretense or then found out that the reason why I purchase the lot is not even possible. Seems like they were legit defrauded and if you chose not to purchase the lot back from them that is very sketchy. If I was to build a house I wont absolutely run from a builder that is not going to show face and stand by their product on the bad times. Leaving someone hanging for this much money is absurd. Good luck doing business this way.

I’ve been following the conversations about the situation with the Von Lakes lot, and the whole thing comes across as very concerning. If I purchased land based on details that later turned out to be inaccurate or not even possible, I’d be extremely upset. From what people are sharing, it really seems like the buyers were misled, and not offering to buy the lot back once the issue surfaced only raises more doubts. A builder who doesn’t step forward when something goes wrong especially with this much money involved isn’t someone I’d feel comfortable working with.
