From start to finish this experience was wayyy more stressful than buying a house should be. We were told multiple different dates as to when the home would be finished in construction. I understand things happen but to go from Feb 2023 with a completion date of March 2023 to actually closing in July is unacceptable. Communication especially in the very beginning was VERY poor. It got a little better as time got closer but that wasn’t until I personally reached out to the division manager. IF you buy a house from Century complete make sure it’s already finished and ready to move in otherwise you’ll be waiting FORVER to move in!
I recently closed a deal with Karen. She was amazing answered my questions. She’s also been been east to get ahold of to help me find other available models to show other clients. I will continue to do business with this company, if for no reason other than her.
