Legum & Norman has been managing our community (Arlington Court Condominium) in the last couple of years and they are doing a great job. I served as vice president of the board last year and am now the president, and I would like to say that they provided us with an excellent community manager (Joe Alfonso-Wright) who has been with us for the last year and goes above and beyond serving our community! We are very happy to have him and hope he will stay with us for a long time.

I had a great experience with Gloria at Bishops Landing. We recently moved and I truly miss her. She was really great and communicating effectively between the HOA and the community. She was very easy to get in touch with. She worked on the weekends, when I needed something. The main thing is that she was kind. When we moved and we moved out she was kind and caring. I cannot say enough good things about her.

When I arrived at the Byron, I knew nothing about condo living. But I was lucky because Manager Amina El Ghawil was there. She welcomed me like a pro, graciously explained the practical details of life at the Byron and patiently answered my many questions. She simply made me feel at home. Among many helpful things, she personally searched with me to locate my storage locker, she quickly dispatched the building engineer to help me with my AC vents, she kept an eye on my condo when I was having surgery. Amina’s office was open to all. When I would stop by with a quick question or just to say hi, I could see that she took a personal interest in the well-being of each resident. She made time for anyone who popped into her office and handled any issue that crossed her desk, major or minor,

As condo owners of a unit at the Braemar Towers in Ocean City, Maryland, my wife and I have had a fantastic experience with Legum & Norman as property managers, and most specifically with the on-site manager Theresa Sakalski. Not only is Theresa extremely pleasant to work with, but she and her team are very responsive to our needs as well as needs for the whole Braemar community. She keeps projects on task and is always willing to go the extra mile. We feel that this is a key reason Braemar Towers is such a prime property in OC.
