Gloria Dietz, (the Parke at Ocean Pines), always goes above and beyond keeping our HOA newsletter, monthly calendar, Town Square website, and community emails organized and on time. She is an invaluable support to our committees, and her customer service ethic exceeds expectations. She is a problem solver.It is evident that Gloria loves working at the Parke. As Communications Director, she is like a cheering section for us, simply wanting the best for all of our residents. Her creativity and enthusiasm keep us smiling and involved. Gloria is an asset to the Parke and to your company!

The Parke Ocean Pines MD I can’t say enough about Ranyah, Gloria and Christina. They are diligent, capable , knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. Every time I needed info or help, they responded quickly. They are cheerful and show interest in residents.They go the extra mile. In addition, they add a bit of fun, I.e. a costumed themed volunteer awards lunch for residents for which they made all the food; they run fun little contests during the year; holidays they add spirit with various costumes. We at The Parke are extremely lucky to have these three woman as members of our family

The Legumes & Norman staff at The Parke community are a highly professional group. Ranyah (manager), Gloria and Christina are meticulous with communication, keeping all patrons aware of functions, pending services and business matters/meetings, including changes that may arise. Further, they are responsive to concerns presented by patrons, displaying a sincere appreciation of the matter, as well as the desire to resolve as quickly as possible. I personally believe that the well being of all Parke patrons is in good hands. To the staff; Thank you for all you do!

I wanted to acknowledge Gloria Dietz the director of communication at the Parke in Ocean Pines, Maryland. She has a huge list of tasks and projects: she oversees all of the email blasts, a monthly newsletter, weekly TV display scroll, the Facebook Page, and TownSq website, and she schedules the massive activity calendar. Her smiling, caring face can always be found at the front desk, knowing and helping everyone. This community is known as one of the best 55+ communities in the state, and Gloria is an integral component.

My wife an I have been residents at the Parke in Ocean Pines for the last few years. We are very happy with the customer support that we receive from Christina and Gloria. When we were considering purchasing in the community, I called the main number and Christina was kind enough to provide very detailed information about the community.
