I left a positive review a few years ago and happily report I have no reason to change my opinion. Our ladies remains an important asset for the residents, directors, and the numerous committees of The Parke. I appreciate Gloria's knowledge, professionalism, and tireless efforts shepherding our older and more conservative Residents into the Information Age, a difficult task in a community like ours. I just purchased a property under this management company at Potomac Crossing 1, in the West Abingdon community. I wanted to share my experience with the property manager, Miss Darlene, and the maintenance POC, Mr. Paul. Darlene is such a ray of sunshine. She has been so pleasant and so present, and she has a wonderful eye for detail as you can see when you walk around the grounds of this well cared for property at Potomac Crossing 1. She and Paul have been attentive at scheduling repairs in my building and at maintaining the property as well as the community. From my experience, they have a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and relationship with the whole neighborhood!

Andrea Henry is an exceptional Community Manager. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and wonderful to work with. She is a true partner to our Condo Board and an amazing resource. I've served as Board Chair for more than 15 years and Andrea is the best. Prior to her coming on board, I was handling the majority of the oversight and response to resident complaints on my own, without true support from my former Community Manager. Having Andrea work with us is a gamechanger. I know most of our community members well, as we are a small community. I consistently receive positive feedback from my neighbors. Andrea - thank you isn't enough for all you do for our community!

My experience with Legum and Norman has been consistently positive. The office that manages our community are professional, knowledgeable and very customer focused. I am a committee member that requires me to interface with L&N frequently. I’d like to give special recognition to Michael Bennett, Tara Finerty and Martin Kemp. I work with these folks often on committee work and as a homeowner in the community and the experience is always positive and enjoyable! These 3 employees have a difficult job and they work hard to provide a great customer experience! Thank you L&N for giving them to us.
