We were assured the funds were to be in our account and shown as pending on the day of closing. Didn’t happen, yet they were able to close the sale and people could move into our house-and we are waiting days for the funds. They said that they put the funds in a night drop box, which legally you cant do to close a real estate transaction. It’s called the Good Funds law. The funds need to be verified-cant be verified in a night drop box. And when we called about it, the lady brushed us off and said that they do this all of the time….. nice

We went there for closing on a house and the were very nice people to work with. Took about 30 minutes to sign all the paperwork, and the woman who was with us was friendly and engaging in conversation. They were also timely in getting our paperwork through when closing on our home.

The doors were locked both times we went there, before the end of business hours so that was a little confusing. I guess there is supposed to be a front desk guy manning the doors.
