Legends Park

It's hard to give a positive review after being threatened with eviction twice for no reason In only 2 years that I've lived at Legends Senior building. The management changed in 2024 and things changed a lot! In the mandatory meetings held by management we're talked to as if we're children or mental defectives with a disrespectful, demeaning tone and language that is both threatening and intimidating. There's no give and take of conversation, no questions allowed or comments, just a lot of "can't do's and better not's". It's like living in a prison . We need an advocate to help make things better for us older people. We don't need or want an adversary making things more difficult and restrictive, i.e., the parking situation, use of carts, and having to tolerate an unruly, and sometimes f

This place is not worth what they charge! Maintenance doesn’t fix nothing — you can put in requests and they either ignore you or halfway do it. But they’re quick to send out late payment notices like they’re on top of everything. The third floor always smells terrible, and they’ve got ceiling leaks they refuse to fix. Instead of actually repairing it, they threw up a trash bag so the water could drip into a garbage can. Ridiculous! I’m literally just counting down the few months left until my lease is up. These apartments are not worth the stress or the price.

Legends Park is a great senior living . My Mom loves her apr. Sharonda and her staff are amazing . Keep up rhe good work.

Maintenance request takes forever. None of the amenities are working. Pool has been closed going on 6 years. I initially loved this place. But it has gone all the way down.

I absolutely love my new place. The high ceilings , wood floors , the new appliances & etc. Would definitely recommend you stay here !
