Legends North of Broad

We have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love living here. The apartments are spacious and modern. We especially enjoy our wrap around porch and views of the Broad River and marsh. Everyone at the front office is incredibly friendly and always attentive. Summer, Ashley, Jasmine and Denise make you feel like family. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and prompt. Any small issues that we've had have been addressed and taken care of immediately. The amenities are great and the staff does a great job of keeping them maintained. We would highly recommend it.

I absolutely love the legends! It’s been so great to us the past two years. They are always on top of keeping the pool & the gym clean. If maintenance is needed they are typically at the door that day! I always feel safe in this neighborhood. Ashley is also great to talk to about anything that you need!

Nice , clean , love the pool and club house area. The staff is always present and so polite. Anytime I call with an issue ( normally something minor ) they are on top of things ! Jasmine in particular stands out amongst the property staff. If you are looking for a nice, quite safe neighborhood not far from things with a good school zoning this is it !

I had the pleasure of staying at legends a few years back and it is truly an exceptional property! Maintenance team is always on top of things and the office staff always went above and beyond no matter how big or small the situation. They truly care for the residents here. The pool and clubhouse were always clean as well. I absolutely loved living at this property.
