Legends at Pine Forest

My boyfriend and I moved in about a month ago and so far it’s been great! At first we had personal issues going on with the original lease we wanted to sign, but EVERYBODY worked with us, and we were able to secure our spot in time! Everybody is welcoming, very understanding and willing to work with you. We have a 1b1b roughly around 1100sqft which we LOVE. All the floor plans are spacious and open, the appliances are newer models, granite countertops and everything is clean overall on the whole property as far as I have seen. There is the occasional dog mess but we have a dog too so we don't judge! Rent is pretty doable for us at $1350 and all utilities except for power is included which is a huge plus and makes things a lot easier given that we are 19/20 year old college students. Onl

Overall, the process from touring a unit to actually moving in was amazing! All of the leasing office staff are super friendly and understanding. If there are any issues during any step of the process, as well as move in day and afterwards, they go out of their way to resolve everything and stay in contact promptly. We are definitely excited about living in this community and plan to stay long term!

I signed a 12 month lease here in 2025 and i LOVED my experience here. From the staff to the Community events to apartments interiors i think its all very nice and it awesome to have staff on site who actually care about whats going on. They have screen in balcony which is not somthing ive seen else where that really helps with the bugs/bees nest that ive seen at past apartments. But if your considering this place take this as your sign beucase honestly you cant go wrong here.

It's been great! We love the people here. Great neighbors. The people in the office has bent over backwards and stood on their heads to help us. From the application process(thanks to Madillian) to the move in date(thanks to alexis). Everything was easy and happened quickly. Some places the application process got started and then so much time would go by that you start wondering if they even wanted to rent any thing to you. Not Legends At Pineforest, the whole process was quick and smooth. We weren't left guessing, everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. I hate living here! I was so excited to move in, Kyleigh was super pleasant and helpful but the ongoing issues with ROACHES is enough to make a person break their lease and figure the rest out later! I have complained of roaches since I first moved in late May. I reached out to management a few times and they assured me that I was put on the list for pest control and I don’t doubt they did, but their pest control company’s measures are useless. Each time they came back and said “pest control said they didn’t see any activity” please see pictures below!! I don’t know how they managed to see NOTHING! Management did offer to move me to another unit which I was super excited about until Alexis asked me to send her an email with my request which wasn’t a problem until I emailed her as requested
