I reached out about a newly posted rental and received no response. I reached out again the next day and left a voicemail and followed up with a text as well. I still received no response. As military, communication is key and securing a home is an important part of moving. Given that the home was just posted two days ago, I was hoping I would get a timely response. I decided to go in person to their office but due to COVID social distancing, a sign was on the door. That sign told me to call Alan at the number I had been calling. Again, no answer. Instead, I had to dig through multiple pages and listings to find an alternate contact, an email for the only other person with company, Patrick.
