Legacy Wake Forest Apartments

I would strongly encourage anyone, especially females, considering this apartment complex to do their research before signing a lease. We were told our unit was smoke-free, but it quickly became obvious that the previous tenant had been smoking inside for years. The lingering smoke residue has been significant and has even triggered asthma flare-ups. This was never disclosed to us before move-in, but later confirmed by maintenance that the previous tenant smoked for years inside and that we should have smelt it prior to all the paint and new carpets. We also experienced repeated issues with a neighboring tenant from a different building who behaved aggressively, including banging on our door, verbally threatening, watching when we would leave to confront us, and creating many hostile sit

Had a makeup party with church sisters at the Legacy clubhouse. Very spacious area, bright & airy. Plenty of room for seating party of 12. Great experience.

I'd like to edit my review, originally I had a bad experience due to an old staff member who would make inappropriate comments but I have not seen him since I complained and there is new staff here who are respectful and kind. They are very pet friendly providing complimentary dog treats in the community area, and also have nice clean amenities. I enjoy their pool table and my husband and I love their 2 bedroom apartment floor plan. I've gotten used to our apartment facing the road and now it's just background noise but it did have me losing sleep for the first few weeks of moving here so just keep that in mind if getting an apartment facing the road. Also I highly suggest getting blackout curtains for the all night sidewalk lights they're great for late night walks not so great for sleep.

We have lived here for 2 years and we enjoyed a looot. We checked dozens of apartment complexes before moving out (due to location, we wanted to move closer to our community), Legacy has: 1: more beautiful and very spacious apartments for fair price 2: more beautiful landscape comparing to orhers. Leasing management is professional and helpful, easy to reach them, and never ever happened that they left us without response for any issues. And maintenance team, we wanna say special thanks to them, VERY VERY VERY PRPFESSIONAL team. Always fast and efficient. They need a rise. We were also very lucky to have good neighbours. Overall, we had very nice moments,a lot of beautiful memories living there. Our apartment had a light and warm aura, I hope some good people will come there. Thank you so
