I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at your office, Despite being told that I could walk in with my client for a tour, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They didn't even greet us properly, and when I asked about the tour, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful. As a realtor, my time and my client's time are valuable, and I expect a more courteous and efficient experience. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and improve the level of service provided by your team. Imagine how she will treat you if you move there.

I have never wrote a review ever in my life. However this lady at the management office , whose name was is Rosa might be the most unhelpful manager ever . She needs to go for this place to thrive. I’m very disappointed. Such a good located place with bad management

This complex is amazing… Management has set the bar high. They’re doing everything to maintain that level of excellence. It takes this entire community to keep it at a 5 star level. I’ve seen some reviews that refer to the flooding but what area around the world is not dealing with flooding. Maintenance although a big community with many units are very diligent when it comes to upkeep of every unit. Sand bags are available when flooding does occur. Overall my experience here has been excellent, great neighbors and people to build with. Let’s keep it going

I have been here a month now and it has been so amazing. The move in was a little rough to start but Assistant Property Manager Santee came to save the day. He is absolutely amazing and such a great asset to your team here. Although Santee wasn’t there the day we moved in, he made it his priority to stop by and ensure we were all set and content. He answered whatever questions we had and addressed any concerns that arose. It has been quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We are pleased and are excited to make this our home. Thank you once again to Santee for always showing that your tenants are a priory. ❤️

Happy early Mothers Day to all the Mothers in the community, and soon to be in the community. I have not been to an event as of yet, however, I know that the team works really hard to make them happen. I’m appreciative of all this community does for us. They make it fun for the kids and very welcoming, (family like). I even got picked for the Mother’s Day raffle they had and I’m so very thankful. Nowhere is perfect, but what does matter is the effort and I think I can say we all see it. Thanks again Team!
