I am sharing my personal experience as a former resident so future renters can make an informed decision. During my tenancy at Legacy Village Apartments, I encountered ongoing issues related to management practices, cleanliness, and safety that made living here far more stressful than expected. These are my own observations and experiences. From a safety standpoint, there was one occasion where I personally heard loud noises near the pool area that sounded like gunshots to me, which raised serious concerns about the environment. I’ve been living at Legacy Village apartments since October 2025. I can say with full confidence, this is the BEST complex you will ever get to experience. I am so beyond grateful for the staff, the community, the area. Everything is excellent. Ashton, one of the leasing agents/managers, has always assisted me in a timely manner with outstanding professionalism. Thank you, everyone, for all yall do! Even the maintenance team is amazing. Absolutely no complaints!! 1000000/10 service.

Legacy Village is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes that make for a comfortable living environment. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are top-notch and enhance the overall experience. The management team is responsive and helpful, making it easy to address any concerns. The location is convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Legacy Village for anyone looking for a quality apartment complex.

So the reviews on here are bad, and yes there are issues here and there but I have throughly enjoyed living here for 2 years. Also, I’ve enjoyed it enough that I’m moving into a larger 2 bedroom at the same complex, different building, soon! What I have written is long and will be in multiple parts, but I hope it helps. Things I’ve Enjoyed: Maintenance comes within a week of the request to fix anything except for one time my ice machine was broken for 2 months. They are really nice too! Gym is great and new, pool is great, people are great, and apartment is in a nice location. I love being able to walk everywhere. That’s what’s you’re paying for. The apartment itself is very nice. I cannot say this enough, Tiara has been so helpful and a relief to work with. Anytime I have a problem, she goes above and beyond to mend it. She knows everyone by name and the way she multitasks everyone in the office is impressive. She is very very good at what she does. She truly makes the worst of days turn out better. I cannot explain it but she has the “it” factor. You walk in the office upset, you leave feeling valued. I am blown away and plan to renew because she checks in with my family and I regularly. She actually cares.
