Legacy Ridge Apartments

I live here (4 months now) and its been awesome. Maintenance is great, taking care of the building and the grounds, the pool is amazing with a large kiddie area (salt water btw) and the gym is very nice. This is the best place Ive rented at by far 👌

My husband and I moved into Legacy Ridge Apartments in August, right before we got married in September, and we've had a genuinely great experience here! We’re currently in a studio and will be moving out this month, but overall, this has been an excellent first home for us. From the beginning, the staff and management have been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Everyone we've interacted with has made the experience smooth and welcoming, which really helped during such a big transition. The biggest downside for us has been related to the pet-friendly aspect of the complex. While we love animals, there have been several times where we’ve seen pet messes (like pee, vomit, or diarrhea) in the hallways and elevators. I’ve lived here long enough to say this place is not worth the money. The biggest scam is the building Wi-Fi (and other mandatory fees), you’re forced to use their provider for $90 a month for just 50 Mbps, and if you want 100 Mbps it’s over $110/month. The worst part? The same internet company offers 1 Gbps for only $70/month if you buy it directly, but the apartment management doesn’t allow outside service. It’s basically paying more for less. On top of that, the cleanliness is awful. There’s urine in the stairwells and trash piling up every day. It smells bad and looks worse. Management doesn’t seem to care or respond quickly when you bring it up.

Why you should NOT live here: • Stairwells constantly reek of dog urine and have feces left for days. • Management fines residents for dogs going in dirt/rock areas outside. • Zero urgency to clean shared indoor spaces. • Double standards and inconsistent enforcement of rules. • Paying high rent for low cleanliness and poor management. Save yourself the headache — look elsewhere.

Apartment is nice but management is horrible! They pick and choose when policies they want to enforce depending on the resident. Facility isn’t not maintained. The parking garage door was open 24/7 for 3 weeks. These guys are really quick to fine residents for anything they can find yet can’t repair the parking garage door.
