Legacy Residential Group

I live at Palm Gardens Apartments, and neither they nor this facility answer the phone. Today, I responded to a voicemail from the office containing false accusations against me, without any apparent proof, and threats of a breach of contract. They have done this several times before, and the office employees hung up on me the phone and didn't explain why they left me that voicemail insulting me in such a way. They didn't answer my calls and didn't resolve my problems. If it were an emergency, I would be in trouble because they don't answer the phone. I spent all day calling, and these very disrespectful people with terrible customer service refused to answer. I’ve been living in a community managed by Legacy Residential Group for a while now, and I’ve had a good experience overall. What I really appreciate is how responsive the office team is… when I put in a maintenance request, it actually gets handled in a reasonable time. They also do a lot to keep residents informed, whether it’s about policy updates, events, or repairs going on around the property. It makes me feel like they’re organized and actually paying attention to what’s happening day to day. No management company is perfect, but compared to other places I’ve lived, Legacy has been professional, approachable, and easy to work with. It makes a big difference knowing the company behind the community cares about residents and not just the buildings.

I’ve had such a great experience with Legacy Residential. You can tell they really care about their residents and do their best to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The rents are honestly amazing compared to everything else out there right now, which makes a huge difference. It feels like they actually want us to feel at home here, and that’s rare these days. Really grateful to be part of this community.

Living at Legacy Dadeland has been a wonderful experience. The community is friendly, and the staff is always helpful, especially Jessica, the assistant manager, who goes above and beyond to assist residents. The amenities are great, and the location makes it to get anywhere I need to go. It feels like such a warm welcome home!

I've been looking for an apartment for a while and someone recommended me to check out the website of Legacy Residential Group, OMG I'm so glade I did I was looking for someplace in Kendal/Dadeland aera and found an amazing apartment at Legacy at Dadeland, I did visit all their other locations in the Kendal and Pinecrest and there were quite a few to choose from. It was a hard decision to make, all the other properties where just as beautiful as the one I chose. The staff at each property I visited, were so friendly and nice, and very helpful The entire staff was so nice and helpful, answered all my questions and made the whole process so easy from start to end and made my move in so easy. I love living here, the property is kept so beautiful, the pool, gym, laundry room. The location
