Habitability issues have persisted since Nov 3: electrical outlets hanging out of wall, water linking out of water meter in basement, Faulty locks, stored items in furnished furniture, deck falling off, fence collapsing into property, drain flies due to low water pressure, no CO2 Detector at furnace. Multiple contractor visits have not resolved these hazards. On Nov 18, 2025 at 5:15 pm, a newly announced management agent demanded an inspection the next day. The landlord’s notice of this change arrived the same day. The agent’s phone number does not match the company name I found online. When I requested verification and reasonable notice, I was labeled “hostile.” I am not refusing access; I am requiring proper process and repair

Legacy is a very good property management organization. The staff are very friendly, attentive & dedicated to serving tenants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Legacy was especially helpful with maintenance & cost effective improvements when we were struggling to re-open after sustaining big losses.

Absolutely one of the most helpful and responsive property management companies I have had the pleasure of working with. As a tenant, the portal is easy to use and the office staff is so friendly. Any issues we've had were responded to promptly and effectively. The renovations to our home took much longer than expected prior to move in. However, our home is fully renovated with top of the line appliances and the home was spotless upon move in. We are very happy with the results and Legacy Real Estate.

August 2017: The management of this company is amazing. I have had several landlords in the past, all okay, but none as good as Legacy's. The landlord was easy to contact, and very quick to come over and address any complaints with the apartment. I would absolutely recommend using this company to a friend. The best part was the property manager, Jose. He too is extremely easy to contact and helped me move/set up my new apartment, even coming by to do some repairs the next day (super fast). I really don't write reviews but I was really impressed with Legacy.
