Legacy Park Apartments

I will say legacy Park apartments are nice and neatly designed. It's a quiet area so far *fingers crossed* You are allowed to have pets, with a fee of course. The neighbors do well in taming their pets, and picking up the poo with the bags outside. Legacy Park is a good place to live however, the walls are not sound proof. You can hear a safety pin drop from the neighbors upstairs and every little drop, bump, scrap, etc. The office manager is wonderfully professional and does well in understanding your needs and handling all complaints.

Tiffany made this such an easy and seamless process to move in for my wife and I. There was no questions left un-answered and she went above and beyond to help us with the process. The apartments are beautiful inside and out, we cannot wait to start this chapter of our lives at Legacy Park.

Absolutely fell in love with these apartments! They are stunning and definitely worth the price! The leasing agent Adrianna was such a big help! Her warm and laid back personality made us feel comfortable and at home right from the beginning. Getting these apartments is a decision you will not regret!

Be very cautious when considering renting here. Some of the 5 star reviews on this property are from folks who never actually lived in the complex- and at least one of the 5 star reviews is from a member of Legacy Park's property management company. Pretty pictures on the website, nice unit to tour, and lots of promises made, but there are issues with the units, maintenance/service, amenities, and it leaves a lot to be desired. I've moved out, but the entire time we were there, we just kept getting the runaround whenever we'd bring up an issue- and their generic responses to the negative google reviews are the same things they keep saying to us month after month without actually handling anything. Don't expect any level of follow through with them.

I am so Very grateful to have found such beautiful and affordable apartments. The lease agent Adrianna was great and helping me with the application process, and made everything go smooth. I was very surprised to see that the apartment actually have a garbage disposal and also washer and dryer. Perfect place to go home.
