Mrs. Jimmie is polite, kind and extremely helpful with all of our requests. The maintenance crew has always responded in a timely manner and addressed our needs to satisfaction and encouraged us to not hesitate if we have any other questions, problems, or issues.

The male staff was very rude and not polite at all. I wanted to give this place a chance since I had a relative that worked for them a few years back. The male didn't answer the question, went on rambling about things that didn't' pertain to what I inquired about. I spoke with a lady the other week she was nice and caring. I don't think I would like to lease here if the people are going to be so rude.

Way overpriced relative to the value and money's worth! They're asking almost $1200/ month for a 1 bedroom with NO washer and drying in unit. Lousy- beat up ugly low quality carpet. Practically vertical crappy stairs. Yet they carry on as if it's some kind of exclusive country club- when it's anything but that. THe owners/management company is out of touch with reality - typical elitist mobile apt operation- stick it too your renters with the highest most inflated price you can charge. THis place has been around for years and they're a rip off. THe lady that runs the place is nice and does best she can - but it's just an overpriced con job for what they're asking. it should be more like $900 for the one bedrooms.

Such a beautifully done complex. Great security, amazing floor plans with updated styles.
