Recently retired USAF member here. Love Bridle Ridge. No regrets. We were one of the first ones to buy here & reserve our lot over a year ago. The company had alot of sales team turnover when they first opened (which was rough), but the last 6 months it's Garrett and Jason, and theyre a good & more polished team. I received an amazing incentive package and free solar to close on my lot. Maggie the in house lender is amazing! She helped me navigate a concurrent sell buy and actually helped to alleviate alot of financial Pressure during this huge process. Rate was good & allowed us to keep great builder incentives rate buy downs to close. Disappointing Experience with Bridle Ridge Legacy Homes As a recent homebuyer with Briddle Ridge Legacy Homes in Riverside, California, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. Despite conducting a walk-through in the first week of December 2023, the house was not properly cleaned, with cement debris on the windows and wood debris in the closets. Upon raising these concerns on the day of receiving the keys, my concerns were largely ignored, and I was told to clean it myself. The carpeting has been a persistent issue since the beginning, with nails randomly protruding in certain areas. Despite bringing this to their attention, the response has been unsatisfactory, suggesting that addressing the issue would void the warranty. Furthermore, their claim of holding interna

I’m rating this a one star because the customer service was awful. You better dress in a nice suit and tie or drive a BMW because they judge you once you walk in the door. The lady at the entrance was very rude, pretentious, and Judgmental. She didn’t let us look at the model homes because she didn’t think I was a quote “potential serious buyer”. I didn’t catch her name but I’m guessing it was Karen. I highly recommend avoiding buying a house here. You might want check out those KB homes down the street where they are welcoming and friendly!

I wanted to come check out these new builds. I called ahead of time and Garrett answered the phone. He was very kind and upon arrival he greeted my family and I and showed us the model home options. Thank you Garrett for outstanding customer service. We are planning a return visit to see the other models!

Just wanted to check out model homes with my siblings but lady at the entrance was very rude and unwelcoming. I am contemplating calling management on this employee. It’s very heartbreaking because my younger sibling worked really hard in school to get a good job & save up only to be treated like that.
