Legacy Coral Palms

A wonderful place to live, this rental community is a quiet place where there is a lot of peace and security. Here we have a park for children and areas to walk pets, and the staff is the best. On occasions I have called to report something, and the girls in the office are always willing to help you, they are very professional and kind. Zairy and Claudia have excellent customer service, they make you feel like family. I also want to highlight the maintenance service, which is the best I have had in this country, this service is fast and efficient, and they work 24 hours if necessary. Coral Palm is a rental community where you can live happily, safely and pleasantly, where you never want to leave. Thank you!

The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Under the leadership of Property Manager Zairys, the team—including Claudia, Frank, Angel, and Camilo—demonstrates a high level of professionalism and commitment to ensuring a comfortable living environment. They are responsive, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to addressing residents' needs. The community here is exceptional, with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve really had an amazing experience so far here at Coral Palms. Neighborhood is very peaceful, property is always kept extremely clean and not to mention how great the property management are including maintenance. They’ve taken us in as family since day one and are always there for our needs. Thanks to the entire Coral Palms family for your excellent service so far in my years of staying with you guys !

i have lived here since 2016 and it’s a community i really recommend to all of my friends because it’s really calm and they have excellent employees, maintenance is exceptional and office staff is always on top of everything!!
