If you have a car and you value your car, do not live here. It is proven that speed bumps damage your car, and that trapezoidal speed bumps are the worst of them all. If you're a tenant, you should sue the apartment complex and/or have them remove or replace the speed bumps with smoother bumps, not some cheap and highly dangerous bumps. I don't live here thank God, just hate dropping and picking people/packages at this hell hole.

Someone in your apartment complex beat a pug and bragged about it to her kids. You can see all the updates on how the pug is doing on the Pug Queens page on Facebook. You need to investigate who this person is. That is animal cruelty and caused severe injury to pug. There will be consequences to their actions.

Despite not being a gated community there's definitely a healthy level of safety especially at the 3 different playgrounds! The community center holds food giveaways and other events monthly as well. There is a waiting list especially in this time of need for affordable housing!

Tenants live on their balconies here..canopies up, trash on the balconies but management doesn't seem to mind, makes the entire complex tacky. I think they'd rent to just about anyone. Makes JD rentals look magnificent.

Nice and quiet place to live neighbors are respectful and nice safe community just have a problem with the unhoused rummaging through the dumpsters and leaving it a mess.
