Requested a preliminary quote from Legacy Building Solutions for a substantially sized project. Received a response within a day or two to discuss the project in a little more detail. I was told I would receive the quotes 1-2 weeks later. I followed up after 2 weeks to check on the status of the quotes and was told they were in the final review stages. After 1 week with no update, I followed up again with 3 separate emails, all of which were ignored. I called my contact once more and I was told I should receive an email to schedule a time to review the quotes. The next day we scheduled a meeting for the following week to review the quotes and Legacy Building Solutions cancelled the meeting 5 minutes before it was supposed to start because of an emergency that came up. With great painstaking detail I researched and vetted a handful of companies for our project. They were all okay and did their job. Legacy was paramount to our project which required a unique design, limited CAPEX, and a fast-paced construction schedule. The design crew worked through all issues promptly and the installation crew worked efficiently in extreme weather conditions to deliver the product ahead of schedule.
